Description
We are looking for 2 motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our professional team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia!
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the freight forwarding or shipping industry
Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation (including Saber, Fasah, and EDI systems)
Experience in customs clearance, port operations, and shipping documentation
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Excellent understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis
Consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Language: Fluent in English and Arabic
Status: Single
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for logistics and freight forwarding services
Identify, approach, and close business with potential clients across various industries
Maintain and expand the company’s client base through strong relationship-building and regular communication
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs
Work closely with the operations and customs clearance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle and coordinate import/export shipments, including customs documentation, Saber registration, Fasah portal entries, and regulatory compliance
Monitor shipment status, clearance progress, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market share
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to management, tracking performance and targets
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company professionally
