About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with experience in Manpower, Industrial Trading, Heavy equipment rental and General Contracting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water & power and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage maintenance for refractory industries
• Identify new business opportunities in steel plants, cement factories, foundries, petrochemical plants, and related sectors
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
• Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for product trials and after sales support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, engineers, and plant managers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial B2B sales inside or around Jubail
• Strong understanding of civil, mechanical and I&C contracting works
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Transferrable Iqama preferred. VISA can be provided depending upon candidate’s eligibility
Indian, Pakistani, Phillipino preffered
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
• Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
