Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude

Recommend and explain products to customers

Achieve sales targets and upsell when possible

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Handle cash and card transactions at the POS system

Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

Assist with opening and closing duties

Report customer feedback and product issues to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

Previous sales or retail experience is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable and professional appearance

Basic English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Team player, honest, and reliable

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
