We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on producing eco-friendly, durable, and customizable paper cups for a wide range of industries, including food service, hospitality, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote our range of paper cup products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the production teams to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
