Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with strong knowledge and experience in industrial equipment sales to lead our sales operations.
The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, managing a sales team, and strengthening our customer base across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly [SAR 300,000] and annual targets [SAR 3,500,000].
Promote and sell Weldin MENA’s full product range to industrial clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for product expansion.
Monitor competitor activity and conduct regular market analysis.
Work with the marketing team to prepare promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial equipment sales; at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
Age: 30 years and above.
Language Proficiency: English is a must; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Licenses: Valid Saudi Driving License (preferred).
