We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Construction Materials industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Identify new business opportunities and expand product offerings

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Negotiate and close deals

Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.)

Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction Materials industry

Proven sales management experience

Fluency in English and Arabic

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field

Saudi Driving License is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with construction materials suppliers or manufacturers

Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry trends

Existing network of contacts in the construction industry
