We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the smartphone trading sector. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing sales performance, market trends, and potential challenges.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest smartphone models, features, and industry developments.
Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Develop and negotiate contracts with new clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management in the smartphone industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
