Parker’s Consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience (preferably in consultancy or digital services).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
