Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both sales and marketing efforts, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales activities by maintaining customer databases and handling inquiries.
• Conducting customer survey and feedback
• Prepare reports on sales and marketing performance.
• Assist the sales team with documentation and contracts.
• Help in generating and following up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses.
• Arrange meetings for clients.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
