We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and engage with potential clients seeking recruitment or facility management services.
-Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and SMEs.
-Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
-Develop customized proposals based on client needs and present them effectively.
-Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
-Monitor market trends for new business opportunities.
-Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by addressing their ongoing needs and concerns.
-Act as the main point of contact for contract negotiations and renewals.
-Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.
-Analyze sales data to improve future strategies.
-Perform any other tasks as assigned by the team leader or authority.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Honors & Master’s degree in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ sales and marketing experience required in IT related Field

Additional Requirements:

-Age between 23 to 27 years.
-Confident and driven to work with sales targets.
-A motor driving license is preferable.
-Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Able to perform under pressure and align with company rules & regulations.
