A Saudi company based in Dammam is seeking to recruit a Sales Officer specialized in Laboratory Equipment, Supplies, Materials, and Chemical Reagents, who demonstrates integrity, credibility, and a high level of professionalism, subject to the following requirements:

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of strong practical experience in the sales and marketing of laboratory equipment, supplies, materials, and chemical reagents.
• Proven experience dealing with government and private sectors, healthcare facilities, universities, and research centres within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NUPCO (National Unified Procurement Company) platforms, procedures, government tenders, and procurement processes.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements and regulations related to product registration, importation, and marketing.

• Experience in procurement, supply, tendering, and contract management systems and procedures in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience dealing with foreign or international companies operating in the industry, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Practical knowledge of import procedures, shipping, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
• Ability to develop sales plans and strategies, analyse market trends and competitors, and acquire new customers.
• Ability to follow up on projects, tenders, and bids from announcement through award, supply, and payment collection.
• Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals, with strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong professional network within the relevant sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and online research and information platforms.
• Strong commitment, sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
