We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our team.

Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Area of Experience: Electronics Sales
Qualification: Diploma or any Bachelor’s Degree

• Identify and generate new sales through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows as required.

Communication:- Ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits. Strong verbal and written communication. Active listening and effective questioning techniques Customer-Centric.

Approach:- Focused on understanding and fulfilling customer needs. Build trust and long-term relationships. Handles objections and complaints professionally.

Negotiation & Persuasion:- Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals. Confident in influencing customer decisions. Understands buyer psychology.

Sales Planning & Forecasting:- Ability to plan and manage sales strategies. Accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Meets or exceeds sales targets consistently.

Product Knowledge:- Deep understanding of products and services offered. Keeps up with new features, updates, and market trends.

Time Management:- Prioritizes tasks effectively. Manages multiple leads and clients simultaneously. Meets deadlines without compromising quality.
