Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop Relationships with Existing and Prospective Clients: Maintain long-term relationships and expand the customer base through field sales visits and phone calls.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding set sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and sign new sales agreements with businesses.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market analysis, and sales forecasts for management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction with products and services provided, addressing any customer complaints if they arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry or related sectors.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Personal Skills:
- High negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and office applications like Excel.
