Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, cultivating customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas. This role requires a combination of product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques to drive growth for the company. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calls, networking, email campaigns, and research.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
Customer Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Schedule and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, or meetings with clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution:

Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Tailor sales pitches to meet client needs and resolve any concerns they may have.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Close sales deals and ensure smooth handover to account management or customer support teams.
Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams about customer needs and product improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in Sanitaryware.
Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in Sanitaryware Industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Multilingual abilities (if relevant to the market).
