Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update company listings on online sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.)

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service through digital channels.

Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

Assist walk-in and retail customers with product selection and sales.

Monitor product stock levels and report on sales performance.

Develop promotional strategies and support online marketing campaigns.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in E-Commerce or Sales (online/offline).

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong understanding of online sales platforms and social media marketing.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Internet).

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
