Job Description:

Mates Chocolate Company, a well-established chocolate brand based in Kuwait, is looking for a Sales Representative & Shelf Organizer to manage and promote its products in Bahrain co-operative stores and supermarkets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper product placement, maintaining shelves, and increasing product visibility and sales across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit co-ops and supermarkets to manage product shelves and displays.

Ensure proper stock arrangement and shelf organization.

Monitor product availability and coordinate restocking.

Build and maintain good relationships with store management.

Promote products and support sales growth in the market.

Report market feedback and competitor activities to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or merchandising.

Experience working with co-ops or supermarkets in Bahrain is preferred.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
