Description

Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

Present and promote products/services to customers using solid sales techniques.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Provide excellent after-sales support and handle customer inquiries.

Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales team.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.

Sales Reporting & Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
