Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to promote and sell bakery and food products.

The role involves building strong relationships with clients such as supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes, while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit existing and potential customers regularly (supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, caf?s)
Promote and sell bakery and food products professionally
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
Take customer orders and coordinate with the delivery team
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Follow up on payments according to company policy
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular sales reports and feedback
Suggest promotional ideas to increase sales

Requirements:

Previous experience in food products or FMCG sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local market and customer base
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to work in a field-based role
