Description
Conduct phone calls and client visits to promote products.
Present offers and explain product and service features.
Work towards achieving sales targets set by management.
Develop strategies to increase sales and acquire new customers.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on customer inquiries and handle complaints.
Study the market and analyze competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
Provide reports on sales trends and performance to management.
Record and analyze sales data, and prepare periodic performance reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and growth objectives.
Respond to inquiries and requests directed to senior management from internal and external stakeholders.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management that do not conflict with the core job responsibilities.
