Description

Rising of Najd is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Riyadh construction market. If you have a proven track record of closing deals and a deep understanding of the Saudi construction landscape, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and reach out to new clients, including developers, contractors, and consultants in Riyadh.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Technical Pitching: Present our company’s construction services/projects, highlighting our expertise in structural and architectural work.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on new construction tenders, project launches, and competitor activity across the region.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to drive company growth.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of sales experience specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Riyadh construction market and local procurement processes.
• Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English) is highly preferred for dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• Driving License: A valid Saudi driving license and a personal vehicle are essential for site visits and client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: SAR2000 – SAR 2,500 (Basic) plus bounce
• Incentives: Competitive commission structure and bonuses based on sales performance.
