Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and MEP sectors.
Promote HVAC products, installation services, maintenance contracts, and energy-efficient solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, industrial clients, and project owners.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of proven HVAC sales experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, maintenance, and MEP solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
