Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative who is currently located in Bahrain and available to join immediately.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements

Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
Immediate availability to join is required.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license is a plus.
