Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative with B2B experience in the manpower recruitment and outsourcing industry.
The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals with businesses seeking manpower solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new B2B clients in need of manpower and recruitment services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
Promote staffing solutions, outsourcing services, and workforce recruitment to corporate clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate and finalize agreements while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Work closely with HR and operations teams to ensure efficient manpower mobilization.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of B2B sales experience in the manpower recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of manpower sourcing, recruitment processes, and client acquisition.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently, travel within Saudi Arabia, and manage multiple clients.
Must have a valid and transferable Iqama.
