The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam (open to any location within Saudi Arabia).
This is a commission-based, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth through your technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new projects or trades and manage executive sales (full company support provided).
• Provide technical support to clients, translating complex information into clear, concise explanations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, clearly communicating the value of company’s services.
• Actively engage in the sales cycle, from identifying leads and creating proposals to closing deals.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Sales Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical background in Civil, MEP, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to travel and work across Saudi Arabia.
