Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the logistics sector, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market (e.g., manufacturing, retail, e-commerce).
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the target sectors (e.g., Foods, Drugs, Cosmetics, Medical Devices & Supplies)
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in the logistics industry with a strong focus on warehousing, storage, and transportation services.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi logistics market and its key players.
- Familiarity with Saudi FDA regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
