Description

Key responsibilities

Team leadership and performance management: Lead a team of sales representatives, set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Sales strategy execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage distribution channels, and ensure all company sales objectives are met.
Operations management: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the sales team, including managing travel itineraries and sales order processing.
Market execution: Ensure optimal product availability, placement, and pricing in retail stores, and oversee the execution of promotional activities.
Reporting and analysis: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the sales process, such as customer complaints or delayed payments.
Market intelligence: Collect and analyze market information, including competitor activities, to inform sales strategy.
