Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the FMCG industry to lead and support our sales team.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven FMCG sales experience.
* Strong team leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
* MBA is desirable.
* Valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic Salary: BHD 300
* Accommodation Allowance: BHD 100
* (Basic salary will increase by BHD 200 upon successful completion of the probation period)
