Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans.

Oversee client acquisition and relationship management.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for sales agents.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)

Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of local real estate laws and market dynamics.
