Description
Al Hadeel International Trading Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work anywhere in KSA and possess a proven track record of success in the HORECA field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the HORECA sector.
Oversee the sales team, ensuring the identification of new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships within hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA market.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the food distribution industry.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and clients to maximize profitability.
Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, providing market intelligence to management for strategic decision-making.
Train and mentor sales team members to enhance skills and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably within the food distribution or FMCG industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a sales team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be willing to travel and work anywhere in KSA.
