Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG distribution
Proven track record in handling both Modern Trade and Lower Trade channels
Valid Bahrain Driving License is mandatory
University degree is required
Age - below 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade channels
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure brand visibility
Prepare sales reports and provide insights for growth strategies
