We are seeking a Saudi National Area Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the QSR/Food & Beverage industry.

Key Requirements:

Saudi National.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager.
Experience with leading QSR brands such as Kudu, Americana, Shawarmer, Herfy, or other reputable multinational restaurant chains.
Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple locations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple restaurant locations within the assigned area.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and improve restaurant KPIs, including sales, food cost, labor cost, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams.
Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence across all locations.
Coordinate with support departments to ensure smooth business operations.
