We are hiring School Counselor, who will provide academic, emotional, and social support to students, helping them achieve personal growth, resolve challenges, and succeed academically.

The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and school management to foster a safe and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling for students on personal, social, and academic issues
Support students with career guidance and higher education planning
Conduct assessments and interventions for behavioral, emotional, or learning difficulties
Organize workshops and seminars on mental health, stress management, and life skills
Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop student support plans
Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and progress reports
Assist in conflict resolution among students and peer mediation
Monitor attendance, academic progress, and student well-being
Promote a positive school climate and student engagement

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or Social Work
Previous experience in school counseling or educational guidance preferred (1–3 years for junior, 3+ for senior roles)
Knowledge of UAE educational regulations and KHDA guidelines.
