Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Coordinate executive calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and manage daily appointments.
Communication Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and physical mail; draft professional correspondence.
Document Control: Prepare, organize, and maintain secure digital and physical filing systems for corporate records.
Visitor Relations: Greet clients, partners, and stakeholders warmly, serving as the first point of professional contact.
Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.
Meeting Support: Record accurate minutes during board or team meetings, and distribute action items promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of stable administrative experience, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and absolute confidentiality.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with business etiquette and professional customs in Riyadh.
