Description

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to assist the Director of our company.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Management: Handle all incoming emails, direct messages, and calls on behalf of the Director in a timely manner, ensuring no delays in response.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings for the Director, providing timely reminders and ensuring smooth communication. Given the Director's frequent interaction with high-profile clients, a high level of language proficiency is required in English.

Formal Correspondence: Draft and send formal emails on behalf of the Director, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and precision in communication.

Meeting & Interview Management: Coordinate company meetings and interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively. Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory for clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Supplier Management: Act as the point of contact for suppliers, ensuring follow-ups on orders and addressing any concerns promptly.

Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all communications with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

New Business Development: Schedule meetings between the Director and potential new clients or companies to support the sales team in business development.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English & Hindi, with strong command of both written and spoken language.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with a valid work visa for Bahrain.
