We are looking for a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements:

Nationality: Filipino

Female (Age: 26-30 years old).

Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
