Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented secretary
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle correspondence, emails, official documents, and follow ups
• Maintain and organize office records and filing systems (physical and digital).
• Assist in basic accounting tasks and handle payments
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
• Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Male candidates are preferred; however females can still be considered for the role
