Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you are detail-oriented, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records.
Coordinate office activities and provide general administrative support.
Assist in planning and organizing events or projects as needed.

Proven experience as a secretary
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
