Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Secretary to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize appointments, meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
Prepare official correspondence and administrative reports.
Maintain and organize files and records confidentially.
Manage daily emails and communications.
Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
