Description
A well-established company in Ras Tanura is looking for a professional, reliable and presentable Secretary to support daily office operations.
Location: Ras Tanura, Eastern Province
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Sunday – Thursday, as per company policy)
Additional hours & extra days paid as overtime
Type: Full-time
Salary & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Overtime paid for any extra hours or extra working days
• Annual leave: 30 days paid
• Medical insurance provided
• End-of-service benefits as per Saudi Labor Law
• Transportation
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming/outgoing calls, emails and correspondence in Arabic and English
• Managing appointments, calendar and daily schedule of the manager
• Preparing letters, reports and documents in Arabic and English
• Translation of simple documents and verbal interpretation when needed
• Filing, data entry and general administrative tasks
• Greeting visitors and coordinating with other departments
Requirements:
• Excellent Arabic (native speaker) and good command of English (spoken & written)
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or admin assistant
• Good computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and polite manners
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Currently residing in the Eastern Province
• Transferable Iqama required
