Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our (department/team).
Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain executive's calendar and schedule appointments.
● Answer and direct phone calls.
● Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
● Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
● Organize and maintain office files.
● Coordinate travel arrangements.
● Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
● Attention to detail.
● At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary.
