Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and supporting daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, letters, and office documents
Organize filing systems and maintain records
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and staff
Handle office supplies and general administrative support
Assist management with day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred:

Experience in construction/engineering office environment
Arabic and English communication skills
