Description

Availability: Preference candidates currently residing in North Al Khobar will be considered.

Nationality : Only Fillipino

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.

Prepare, organize, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of company records.

Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

Assist in preparing presentations and meeting minutes.

Support daily office operations and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (must be currently in Al kohbar).

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Presentable and professional attitude.
