Description
ADN Autocare is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary who will manage daily office operations and assist management in developing business partnerships with property managers, building owners, villa communities, and automobile companies. A valid driving licence is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative / Secretary Duties
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, and partnership documents.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
Support daily office operations and record-keeping.
Partnership Coordination
Arrange and attend meetings with property managers, villa owners, and car companies along with management.
Assist in presentations, note-taking, and follow-ups with potential partners.
Coordinate agreements, documentation, and service onboarding.
Maintain a database of partners and leads, ensuring timely communication.
Support marketing and promotional activities for ADN partnerships.
Requirements
Female candidate, Filipino nationality preferred.
Valid driving licence (mandatory).
Prior experience as a secretary, admin assistant, or partnership coordinator.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication (English essential; Arabic is an advantage).
Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and with management teams.
