Description
A leading pharmaceutical company is in need of applicants for Secretary/Sales Coordinator Position (Filipino National).
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Pharmaceutical, Medicine Course or
other related field.
Must have good communication skills in English language (knows and speaks Arabic language
is a plus).
Must have good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) including Office Outlook
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be an excellent Team asset/player
Must have 5 - 7 years experience in pharmaceutical/medicine companies
Must knowledgeable in SFDA application
Can handle confidential matters and very keen into details
Male
30 - 45 years of age
Responsibilities:
Provides admin/sales assistance to the Team.
Will be responsible in SFDA application.
Will coordinate/update the Team with the daily sales transactions/activities
Will respond to emails on a timely manner.
Will provide a regular status update to the customers, concerned departments and CEO.
Will keep the records confidential (hard copies and electronic).
Will perform other assigned tasks as required.
