Description

A leading pharmaceutical company is in need of applicants for Secretary/Sales Coordinator Position (Filipino National).

Qualifications:

 Graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Pharmaceutical, Medicine Course or
other related field.
 Must have good communication skills in English language (knows and speaks Arabic language
is a plus).
 Must have good organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) including Office Outlook
 Must have excellent interpersonal skills
 Must be an excellent Team asset/player
 Must have 5 - 7 years experience in pharmaceutical/medicine companies
 Must knowledgeable in SFDA application
 Can handle confidential matters and very keen into details
 Male
 30 - 45 years of age

Responsibilities:

 Provides admin/sales assistance to the Team.
 Will be responsible in SFDA application.
 Will coordinate/update the Team with the daily sales transactions/activities
 Will respond to emails on a timely manner.
 Will provide a regular status update to the customers, concerned departments and CEO.
 Will keep the records confidential (hard copies and electronic).
 Will perform other assigned tasks as required.
