We are seeking a Bahraini Security Officer for our night club. This is a Bahraini-only position as per company policy.

The role focuses on guest safety, crowd control, and professional liaison with authorities. Must be fluent in Arabic & English with excellent conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety of guests, staff, and property during all operating hours.
Conduct ID checks, manage entry control, and enforce club age/dress code policies.
De-escalate conflicts professionally and maintain a calm, respectful environment.
Prepare incident reports and coordinate with management on security matters.
Act as liaison with government officials, police, and licensing authorities when required.
Enforce Bahrain night club regulations and internal company policies.
Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures if needed.

Requirements – Bahraini Citizens Only:

Fluent in Arabic & English – must communicate clearly with guests and officials
Prior experience in hospitality security, military, police, or government sectors preferred
Good behavior, respectful attitude, and clean record – non-negotiable
Candidates with connections or experience dealing with government officials will be given preference
Physically fit and able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
