Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Saudi Security Supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead security guards and daily security operations.
Monitor site access control, CCTV systems, and incident reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
Handle emergencies, incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
Prepare daily and weekly security reports.

Requirements:

Saudi National (Mandatory).
Proven experience in security supervision (preferred in construction or corporate environments).
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.

Preferred:

Relevant certifications in security or safety.
Experience with security systems and reporting tools.
