We are a fast-growing heavy transport and logistics company based in Saudi Arabia seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with proven experience in the transport/logistics sector.

This is NOT a bookkeeper position

We are looking for a finance professional who can fully control, structure, manage, and lead the company’s entire financial system, make independent financial decisions, and build strong financial controls.

You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for financial control of a multi-truck fleet operation.

Core Responsibilities:

Full financial control of fleet operations (fuel, maintenance, driver settlements, trip profitability, etc.)

Monitor daily cash flow, expenses, and revenue from fleet operations.

Control fuel expenses, driver payments, trip settlements, and fleet-related costs

Build and enforce strong internal control & approval systems

Reduce financial leakage and operational waste

Budget planning and cost control for trucks and operations

Manage receivables from corporate clients and contractors

Oversee payables, supplier negotiations, and payment structuring

VAT management and full compliance with ZATCA regulations

Budget planning and long-term financial forecasting

Implement cost control strategies across operations

Strict Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):

Minimum 3+ years experience in Saudi Arabia

Proven experience in heavy transport / logistics / fleet company

Ability to take financial decisions independently

Strong personality — able to control drivers, operations expenses & suppliers
