We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, managing financial planning and analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
