Description
We are looking for Senior Architect Positions with the following requirements:
• Degree: Architecture
• Years of Experience: Minimum 6-10
• Current Location: Preferably KSA
• Join Date: As soon as possible
• Skills:
o Very good knowledge of the construction process, sequencing, coordination with different stakeholders, identifying clashes, design review and constructability
o Very good knowledge of the standard documentation of construction (quality assurance & control, submittals, documentation review, shop drawings, etc.)
o Understanding of cost estimation and budgeting
o Collaboration and good communication with client, consultant, and subcontractors
o Problem solving and decision-making abilities
