Company Overview:
A leading construction company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Controller to join our head office team in Jeddah. We are managing large-scale housing and infrastructure projects and are looking for a candidate with proven expertise in cost control and financial management within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and cash flow.

Prepare, review, and analyze cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with planning, procurement, and site teams to track project progress and expenditures.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and financial procedures.

Support management with cost-related insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in cost control within construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of cost control systems (Oracle ERP or similar).

Excellent skills in Excel, financial analysis, and reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
